With the release of the Apple iOS 18.3 and the new improved Apple Password Manager App, which is incorporated into all Apple iPhones for free, we have regrettably come to the conclusion that the DataCave App is no longer viable.

The DataCave App will therefore be decommissioned on the 31st March 2025, and all subscriptions will be cancelled.

The DataCave Team would like to thank everyone who has supported DataCave to date.

All Users / Subscribers are advised to Export all of their records from the DataCave App ASAP, and by the 31st March 2025 at the latest. After this date the DataCave App will not be supported and there is no guarantee that you will be able to access your data in the DataCave App or any of your DataCave Backups.

We recommend that, as a minimum, you start to use the Apple Password App as an alternative to DataCave; the user experience is not so good but the required functionality is there.
